Terms of Service

1. Overview

Kredofy ("we", "us", "our") provides a document collection and organization platform that allows professionals ("Users") to send secure upload links to their clients and track submitted documents. By creating an account or using Kredofy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Kredofy offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until that date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kredofy to collect, store, or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to request and store any documents your clients upload through your Kredofy links.

5. Client Uploads

Documents uploaded by your clients through your Kredofy links are stored on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, managing, and deleting these documents in accordance with your own professional and legal obligations.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Kredofy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kredofy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kredofy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
